Please join us in welcoming Viviane Rinaldi (she/her) as our new Operations and Communications Coordinator. Based in Connecticut and originally from Brazil, Viviane brings a warm spirit, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to community leadership.
She’s trilingual and holds a degree in Advertising and Publicity, with a minor in Marketing. Her background includes international experience in client services, project coordination, and team collaboration. In every setting, Viviane shows up ready to support her team and help ideas move from paper to action.
At NPLI, Viviane is key in keeping our internal systems running smoothly. She helps coordinate virtual and in-person events, manages team calendars, supports finance and administrative operations, and ensures we stay organized and on track. She also assists with communications projects like newsletters, presentations, and social media campaigns, helping us stay connected to the families and partners we serve.
Viviane’s work extends beyond the screen. She serves as a Facilitator for the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) in her local community, and she volunteers with the Red Cross, the Community Emergency Response Team, and her son’s school PTO. She also supports her local library’s Translation Committee and advises on multicultural book representation to help make reading more inclusive and reflective of all families.
Outside work, Viviane loves spending time in museums, exploring nature, practicing capoeira, and discovering new places.
