The NPLI team is looking forward to our time together in August for our annual PLTI Training for new PLTI Site Coordinators, Facilitators, and Civic Design Team Members.

Your registration allows our training team to prepare for your presence and plan for your learning needs. This registration form will enable us to understand your experience and knowledge in Parent Leadership, Civic Engagement, and Racial Equity before you enter the training space.

As you register for training also keep in mind that we will be hosting a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 6 pm. Our training will begin on August 8 and will continue until August 11.

Cost to attend Training

These are the fees for attending training. We are working with your local organization. Please keep in mind that as a Trainee, you DO NOT pay these costs. Your local Sponsoring Organization pays them via your local PLTI/CLTI Site Coordinator.

Facilitators who wish to be certified will prepare and practice facilitating a PLTI/CLTI Training Session with a small team of facilitators and will receive feedback from the National training team and fellow peers. When you participate in any National Parent Leadership Institute ("NPLI") in-person or virtual event, conference, training, or program ("event"), you enter an area where photography, filming, and/or recording may occur.

By participating in this event, you consent to such photography, filming, audio, and video recording and to the use of your appearance, photograph, likeness, and/or voice by NPLI, its affiliates, and related initiatives and partners, and anyone authorized by them, for any purpose whatsoever in connection with NPLI or its events, including but not limited to advertising, promoting or documenting the event(s) you attended, similar NPLI events in the future, or NPLI's general capabilities, in any and all media, including by way of example NPLI's website, apps, social platforms, and print products, throughout the world in perpetuity.
