This summer, NPLI team members joined the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) at their annual conference in San Francisco, CA, to celebrate the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the Leaders Shaping Leaders (LSL) Fellowship Initiative. NPLI also participated in a panel composed of members of each partner organization that explained the why and how of the LSL partnership and shared preliminary results from the inaugural cohort, which graduated this summer.
The first graduating class members were present and honored at the conference. The LSL fellows also had the opportunity to discuss and demonstrate the team project they built during a conference showcase. The second LSL cohort kicks off this month, and we can’t wait to see the outcomes as the initiative advances!
